Caminhando, a solidarity choir from Leuven will bring you this year a new program in favor of 2 projects! Caminhando is a choir that sings songs in close solidarity with everyone in this world. That solidarity is being expressed in the content of the songs, as much as in the diversity of languages. They are for the second year directed enthousiastically by Rietje Bruynooghe
On Sunday May 17 at 16h, the program 'Gutangara' will be performed for the first time in the beautiful church at the Abbey from Vlierbeek at Kessel-Lo. On Saturday May 30 at 20h, Caminhando will sing as guests for the community of the Arche at Namur. The meaning of 'Gutangara' is to amaze your self translated from Kinyarwanda, a language from Rwanda. Amazement, dreaming and protection are the main themes of these concerts, because both projects invite us to look at some things with a new view.
